XVII International AIDS Conference in Mexico City, Mexico City, August 3-8, 2008

JLICA will provide an important preview of the Initiative’s final report and recommendations for children (to be released in late 2008) at the XVII International AIDS Conference in Mexico City, 3-8 August 2008. Throughout the week, JLICA will lead a call for fundamental changes in the global approach to meeting the needs of the many millions of children affected by the HIV epidemic worldwide.

Roadmap on all children-related sessions in Mexico prepared by the International AIDS Society and the Coalition on Children Affected by AIDS (CCABA).

Health & Development Networks (HDN), supported by Irish Aid and the Bernard van Leer Foundation, is currently hosting a structured online discussion on children and HIV/AIDS on a new dialogue and social networking platform, HealthDev.net.
